This is a subscription based (economical) coaching technique. Comparable one-on-one coaching sessions are $1000.00/month. This innovative customized 6 month subscription based on-line version is $47/month and includes:

• Seize the NOW – 90-day Journal with time management exercises
• Convenient Weekly check-ins via email and facebook chat sessions
• Customized Reasonable Forcing Functions recommendations
• Assigned Accountability Partner with shared experiences and goals
• Full access to supportive on on-topic articles, videos and coaching materials
• 3 hours (total) one-on-one teleconference coaching session (30 minutes per paid month).
