Make use of your message rules.

Define your rules to automatically sort and delete non-urgent message into the appropriate mail folders.[/tab] [tab]Tip for professionals:

Make use of auto-responders to notify your clients that you have received their requests and need some time to provide a quality response.

Include an estimate of 3-5 days to respond.   This allows you to properly schedule the block of time required without derailing your other commitments [/tab] [tab]Tip for entrepreneurs:  If you can’t make the time to get your mail under control, pay someone to setup your message rules and auto-responders for you.
